Processing and delivery

Orders normally take 3–4 business days to process before dispatch, Monday to Friday. Delivery time is additional and depends on your destination and selected service. Express shipping does not shorten production time.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. High order volumes, equipment downtime, staff availability and supply delays can affect dispatch. We will do our best to contact you if your order is delayed.

Shipping options and tracking

Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping services and prices. We ship to destinations supported at checkout. Tracking details are sent when your order ships; carrier tracking can take time to update after handover.

US free shipping offer

US orders of 3 or more items qualify for free shipping on rates up to $14.99. Express shipping is excluded. Eligibility and final shipping charges are confirmed at checkout.
